Capacity Building

Effective stakeholder engagement and influence requires a good understanding of policies and technical aspects of regulations. It also requires an understanding of political economy considerations, vested interests and path dependencies in policymaking. We provide in-depth training, capacity building and coaching to increase our clients’ understanding and awareness of policy-related, stakeholder-related and procedural aspects in international trade and regulatory policymaking.

Executive Education

We design and conduct customised training and workshops on a wide range of trade and regulatory policy-related aspects, including training and coaching for government officials as well as civil society and private sector representatives. We also design and moderate stakeholder workshops and consultations in the context of trade policymaking, regulatory policy development and FTA negotiations.
